Produce a double sided leaflet in MS Office or Publisher

I want to Produce a double sided leaflet in MS Office or Publisher.
The leaflet needs to be double sided & folded, and would appear in book form
- but with only approximately 8 sheets of paper.
Are there any blank formats I can use.
