producer give message: General access denied error?

i've installed Microsoft Producer for PowerPoint2003. it refuses to start
up, giving me message: General access denied error .. what is on?

my system is windows xp pro. SP2 ..
i've Micriosoft Office 2003 and Micriosoft Office 2003 SP2 installed ..

an alpha list of groups available on the MS web interface.

even be a Producer group listed.
