producing a budget report in 2000

What is the best report and options for producing a 'budget' style report i.e.

Stage 1 (i.e. Production)
Task / Days / Rate / Total

Stage 2 (i.e. Production)
Task / Days / Rate / Total

Project Total

.... you get the idea.. any thoughts?
