Producing detailed task sheets

I

Iroko

How can a produce a detailed task sheet (including notes) that I can print
and/or email to other team members?

I work in a small project team. I'm the only member with a copy of MS
Project 2003 Std. I'd like to provide task sheets to the people assigned to a
task when I schedule tasks.

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Mike

Thanks for the help. I'll work my way through the tutorials/articles.

It seems an awful lot to do for something that I'd have thought would've
been a default feature (printing tasks details after creating the task).

You're welcome, Iroko :)

I assumed from the wording of your post that you wanted something
tailor-made rather than default. The View/Reports menu lists a number of
built-in reports. I assumed these weren't for you. However, you'll notice
(via the Edit button) that a report includes the Table on which it is
based - alter the Table to get what you want (eg by adding the Notes
column).
