Product Key Help!!

I bought a floor model computer from Best Buy about a
month ago and did not recieve any Windows software.
Apparentley I need a product key to register my version
of Office. I cannot open PP, Word, Excel, or any other
program....I tried using the product key listed on the
certificate of auth. on the top of my comp. located on
the Windows XP sticker....the no avail, that didn't work.
What can I do??

but where did you get the Office software ? that of course is who to talk
