Profiles and Runtime Errors

I have created a second profile in Outlook. When I tried
to import the addresses from the original profile, a
runtime error appeared. The error appears when I open
either profile. The error reads: The application has
requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way.
This message doesn't appear until I switch profiles. It
then can appear when I access either profile. When the
message appears, Outlook shuts down.

Also, I ran the address information never imported.

Has anyone had this problem?
