Program Error Message

Has anyone ever encountered the following error message:

"GRAPH.exe has generated erros and will be closed by
Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error
log is being created"?

One of my coworkers encountered this while she was
updating the datasheet for a chart in her weekly slide
presentation. I created one from scratch and I also got
the same message when I tried to delete a few rows in the
datasheet.

First, do you have Norton's virus plug-in running in the background?

Hi Glen,

We have Norton antivirus corporate client. I'm not sure
what you mean by Norton's virus plug-in. Can you clarify?

Cathy,

Norton can be bad stuff for PowerPoint.

The server application, source file, or item can't be found (when editing
MSGraph, Excel Charts, OrCharts)

The error is different but it would be worth investigating.
