program similar to publisher

I was using a non-microsoft program to design a client
flyers. the extension of the file is ftp. i can no longer
pull the program up to view the created flyers. i have
contacted the company and reinstalled the program,
neither works. Does anyone have any sugestion?

You aren't saying what program you used to create the flyers. Most applications will
have a web site with support documents, it could be as simple as extracting and
replacing a corrupt .dll from the setup disk.

It would help if we knew what the application was.
If it isn't Publisher, it would probably help if you asked somewhere where
there are experts on the product in question
The only programs I can find that use a .ftp extension are FTP programs
(file transfer programs) that use this file format to store configuration
information (including FTP Voyager and AceFTP)
