I am looking for a programmer that can help me build a web site in FrontPage.
I need someone who knows how to build a site that can have a password
protected user area, picture polling with real time rankings posted on the
home page of user uploaded pictures and a few other things. Plese contact me

Your web application (and who might be able to work w/ you) depends on the type of OS and what server side scripting / database type
your host server supports
