My company is migrating to an on-line exchange server with limited mailbox
sizes. As a result we need to manage personal folders and archiving more
effectively. I have succeeded in creating new personal folders (using
namespace.addstore) for each user at the start of each quarter, but I need
help in renaming them programmatically to something more appropriate such as
"2005 Q2" rather than "Personal Folders" in the folder list.
I also need some advice on closing personal folders within VBA so that they
only reopen if they are not too old. All users will only have the last two
quarters' worth of emails available.
Once I have overcome this hurdle I will then be looking to automate the
AutoArchive settings as well, so any pointers to particular books or websites
will be most gratefully received.
Many thanks for your time in reading this post
