Programming Powerpoint

I am looking for the best way to automate the creation of
a powerpoint presentation. I would like to dynamically
create the presentation based on values from another file
(text or otherwise). The values in the file would drive
presentation text and some graphs. Is there any VBA or VB
code examples of doing this sort of thing? Or is there a
better way to approach this problem?
