Program's accessing Outlook

Using Office 2003 Beta 2. Have the Business Contact
Manager installed also. Everytime I get new email, or
anything new for that matter, I get the dialogue box about
a program accessing Outlook and whether or not I want to
allow it. Options are to allow access for 1 minute, 5
minutes, etc. Or to not allow it access. Any ideas what
may be causing this? Not sure, but seems this started
happening around the time I installed the Business Contact
Manger.
