proj 2003 keyboard shortcuts

my proj '03 keyboard shortcuts no longer work. is there on/off toggle
somewhere perhaps? e.g. I use Ctrl+shift+plus/+minus to expand/collapse
outlines

There's no on/off toggle in Project. However, if you had a key pressed for a
while (or something resting on one) then Windows may kick in with helpful
changes not! Try searching windows help for Accessibility Options
