Proj Manager Authorisation of PWA tasks

Hi,
A colleague created a project plan but asked me to actually save it on the
server and publish. He is the project manager and therefore he needs to
receive the auto emails (accept/decline) when people book time via PWA. The
problem is, despite getting him to save the live plan (and also to re-publish
tasks), the emails still come to me? How can I force these notifications to
go to him?
