Project 2000 Help Error after MS04-004

Hi guys I'm hoping someone can shed some light on this one for me as I’m out
of ideas.

After installing MS04-004 (or MS04-025 which replaces MS04-004) parts of the
MS Project 2000 help stop working. The first of 2 items a user has brought to
out attention is none of the menu items on the main help page work except for
“Office Assistanceâ€. You can click on any one of these to your hearts content
and nothing happens.

The second one is when trying to run the lesson for the topic “Lesson: How
do you set up a project?â€, Project spits out the following error.

The version information is as follows.
Windows 2000 5.00.2195 SP3
Project 2000 9.0.2000.0224

So any ideas would be most appreciated.

The fix for this is to apply SP4 for Windows 2000
