Project 2000. Text Column

Inserted a text column. Saved and closed project. Reopened later and half
the data was missing. Reinserted the data. Saved and closed the project.
Saved project as .mdb file and opened it in access. The MSP_Text_Fields
table is showing both the original (missing) text and the newly typed text.
Where is project storing this data if it's not showing it? I deleted this
column (highlight, delete key), saved it as a new .mdb file but it's still
there. How do you permanently delete a column? Not just hide it, but
totally wipe it out as if it never existed?

Project is unlike Excel in this respect: You cannot actually delete a
column; you can only hide or display columns. To get rid of the data,
display the column and then delete the data it contains.

If you are doing your inserting and deleting through the database then you
are likely to be causing yourself some problems. How are you working with
this data?
