Project 2002 and Office SBE 2003

I'm planning to install Project 2002 Standard into a Windows XP SP2 system
with MS Office 2003 Small Business Edition already installed. Will I
encounter any problems related to installing an older (2002) product into a
newer (Office 2003) software environment? Should I attempt this or is it
likely to cause serious disruption?

Comments and advice appreciated.
