I am considering purchasing project 2003 and I am currently trying a trial
version. I have 11 employees working 10 hrs. per day, on multiple projects.
Is there a way to track 5-10 jobs and 11 people at the same time on one
spread sheet with project 2003 and if so HOW??????????????????????????????????

Hi David,

Yes, when you assign people to simultaneous tasks they are overallocated,
Project just simulates real life.
What exactly do you want?
If you want Project to shift tasks such that the resulting schedule no
longer shows overallocation, Project has that function, it is called
resource leveling.

But the first advice is... to use project first follow a two day course.
The alternative is weeks on end of frustration and trial and error.
Hope this helps,
