Hi,
No. Project is like Excel in that the whole file is read into memory. Only
the first person has read and write privileges. Subsequent people opening
the file get read only access. There is no multi-user capability.
So, if you have a large project broken into sub-projects with a different PM
for each sub-project, have one file for each sub-project and then use a
master project or other reporting tool for an overall picture/report.
