PROJECT 2003 TRIAL INSTALLATION PROBLEM

I downloaded MS Project 2003 and when i try to run it i receive an error
message: Microsoft Setup Bootstrapper has encountered a problem.

Can anyone tell me what to do. I cannot download the files again.
