Project 2003 vs Project 2007

We currently are using Project 2003, What would be the benifits of upgrading
to Project 2007? Thanks for your help!

2. Task Drivers
3. Change Highlighting
4. Visual Reports

I also heard something about Project 2007 no longer writes/reads to
database files? True?

Microsoft Project 2007 can still read a database file but it can no longer
write to a database file. Hope this helps.
