Project 2007 hangs when loading any file

I loaded on Project 2007. The program starts fine and seems to work well.
It worked fine a couple of days ago. But now, when I load a file someone has
sent me or try a file from Office Online, the program hangs. All of these
files worked before.

I tried repairing the installation. I uninstalling and reinstalling. I
have to use task manager and stop the process for the system to return to me.

I am running on Vista.

Tried the KB and could not find any resolutions.

Help anyone?

By chance might you be running Norton Security? There was a change in Norton
sometime in October that sometimes causes project to hang or crash.

If you are running Norton Security, turn off the office monitoring portion
and see if that helps.
