Project 2007 server and CRM

Just wondering if I can load Project Server 2007 on the same server that our
CRM 4.0 resides? It is a new server with quad core processor and 4 GB of
ram. We have a individual SQL 2005 server so that is not an issue.

I would like to use the Web access for Project, but CRM is using port 80
already, is it possible to have both, has anyone done this?
