Project 98 Timescales

is there a way in Project 98 I can format the timescale so that I can
display in weeks counting down to a specific date in the project. I
know this is easy if the date is the project end date but I need to go
on past the specified date i.e. I want to be able to have a display
running -3, -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, 3

Thanks

Nigel,
As far as I can tell the best you can get is a "3, 2, 1, -1, -2, -3"
type sequence. A "0" in the middle doesn't really make sense because it
implies that a whole time element (i.e. month, week, day, etc.)
represents no time. Even if an completion event (e.g. milestone) occurs
on a certain day, Project calculates all time to the nearest minute. Any
activity that occurs before the defining minute will be either
approaching time or receding time.

Hope this helps.

Hello Nigel and John,

I met some users who count down the weeks from zero as Nigel want to do. So
I wrote a VBA procedure which fills 2 text fields which these week numbers.
Are you interested in it ?
