Project calendar into global

Hi,

I am new to this group & have been using MSP2003 for the past 1yr.
How do i make a project calendar into a global, so that it is avilable
by default for every new project.

Go to Tools/Organizer/Calendars tab. Select the desired custom calendar
from the list selection on the right, (your project), and hit the Copy
button to transfer it to the list selection on the left, (your Global).
Once the Global is saved, (every time you quit Project), your custom
calendar will show up in any project you create.

Hi richu,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup

Tools/Organizer.../Calendar tab. Select the calendar in your project on the
right. Make sure the Global.mpt is on the left and click copy.
