Is there a way to have your Resources assigned to a Project have access to
the Project schedule in MS Project so that if they learn an efficiency to
complete a task early they can go into the schedule and note the time saved
and the efficiency in the schedule?

Hi,

When the .mpp file is installed in an accessible location: yes, but mind
that only one person can have an mpp file open read/write simultaneously.
