Project Intitials?

I know that for resources I can enter shorthand intials to quickly identify
them... can I do this for Project Names?

I know that in the Project Properties I can add customized fields... but
then how do I call on those fields when I'm creating tables or reports?

Or is there another way to do this?

I have about 20 projects that I have consolidated into a master project...
and I'd like to be able to print out a gantt chart with the project name next
to the gantt bar (well, the shorthand version -- or intials).

Hello AR,

I'm not sure I understand fully what you are trying to do. Do you want
a shortened version of the project name? If so, try using one of the
text functions like Left() in a spare text field. See help on Project
Functions for some text function information.

If you use a spare text field you could then modify the Gantt chart
(Format > Bar or Format > Bar Styles) to display the text field.
