Project Pro 2003 + SP3 don't work !

Hi all !
I have problems with SP3 installation. I have W2003EE SP1 and Project
Server 2003 SP2a on server side and WinXP SP2 and Project Pro SP2 on
client side.
1. Installation Project Pro SP3 on my client computer have been
terminated succefully. However, if i open a project from Project
Server, Project Pro report about error: "No enouch memory to complete
operation. Close other program and try again."
What's wrong?
Should i install sp3 on server side?

2.I try to install Project Pro SP3 on my server side(we have SP2,which
early work fine). Same error, but no uninstall supplied !! I uninstall
MS Project and instal then it again. Project Pro can't start in any
mode(standart,safe)
How can i do installation right?

Any help/ideas ?

Why server newsgroup? My question relate to Project Professional, imho
