When working a project that has 2 (10) hr shifts and 4 hours dead time
between the end of shift 2 and start of shift 1 again, I am having problems
when I have a a different number of resources on the 2nd shift versus what I
had work on shift 1. For example.
I have 20 work hours for pipefitters. I have 6 men on 10 hours shifts on
both shifts but due to problems on other activities I need to reduce the
menon shift to from 6 to 2. How do I fix this? I currently am getting a
split of hours and large gaps in work times.
