Project Server 2002 Woes..

Hi,

I am having problems with my Project Server 2002 installation. I have
installed Project 2002 Server onto a Windows 2003 Server, following the
instructions outlined in article Q319281 and am having problems logging into
initially. When I try to access the admin page I get the following error:

Microsoft JScript runtime error '800a138f'
'this.oResMgr' is null or not an object

/projectserver/Library/LocalizedStrings.asp, line 38

Does anyone know what the problem could be? I've tried searching on Google
but have found nothing..
