Project Server 2003 - Can't delete Project.

I am trying to delete a couple of projects that seem to be corrupt. When I go
into project web access select "Admin" and "Clean up project server
databases" the projects that I suspect are corrupted don't list anything
under "Version".

If I try and delete it I get the error message "An error occured while
completing the operation"

If I try to use PSCleaner it doesn't even list the projects I want to delete.
