Project Server 2003 Message upon opening project

F

Frank M

Upon trying to open a project in Project Server 2003 using Project
Professional 2003 client, I'm getting a message as follows: 'Enterprise
Global already contains a filter named "Enterprise Resources" ... (4 choices)
Replace filter with one from enterprise global; Replace all items with
duplicate names; Rename the filter in the project; Cancel opening the project'

I've been choosing 'Cancel' and it does not allow me to open the project.
I'm hesitant to choose any of the other 3 choices fearing that I may make a
mess of my project.

What do these choices mean (i.e. why am I getting this error message?) and
what is the impact of each choice if chosen in order to continue openning the
project?

Hello Frank,

From the post log, it seems a Project issue. As Bob and Steve suggested,
for Project side questions, we have dedicated newsgroups:

microsoft.public.project.server
microsoft.public.project.pro_and_server

Please submit your question to those newsgroups, as there are more
qualified pools of respondents who can give you suggestions. Meanwhile,
other partners who visit the newsgroups regularly can either share their
knowledge or learn from your interaction with us.

Thank you for your understanding.
