Project Server 2003 to 2007 migration errors

I'm running into several problems during a Proj Server 2003 SP2a to 2007 SP2
(both running on WSS) migration:

1.) There was a custom SharePoint template generated on the 2003 server
wherein several "Issues" and "Risks" list view columns were deleted. After
the migration, this causes the Project Workspaces to error while generating,
causing several problems, including not able to view Issues or Risks on the
Project Workspace. Is there a way to add these columns back either a) on the
Project 2003 server for all sites, or b) during the content migration?

2.) On our Project 2003 server, there are a few Enterprise Global Fields
that were added in error, resulting in problems after the migration. Is
there a way to remove the fields from all projects without individually
editing each project? I'm not very familiar with Project 2003, so please try
to be as descriptive as possible. My admin claims there's no way to edit
Enterprise Global Fields in Project 2003 like there is in 2007.

Thanks!

Hi Brant,

a) - No, I don't think there is. It was exepted that these list items were
to be deleted. You could try creating a new PWS on the 2003 system and
assiating it with the project, and then manually copying the other data over
from one workspace to the other, and then running the migration. It depends
how many sites you have.

b) - Assuming that the items are in the Enterprise Global Template, then it
is edited via project (actually in the same way as in 2007), in project,
click on Tools | Enterprise Options | Edit Enterprise Global Template (back
it up 1st). Remove whatever fields are causing the isuse - if they are
custom fields then will exist under Tools | Customise Fields (from memory).
