Where is the documentation for how to configure Project Server 2007?

I have Sharepoint up and running and Project Server installed but don't know
where to go from here...

Go to the following location:

http://www.microsoft.com/office/preview/beta/getthebeta.mspx

Here, click on the " IT content, readme documents, and an authorization
control" control link and from there on the next page, click on the
Microsoft Office Project Server 2007 Beta 2 Planning, Deployment, and
Operations Guides link. This will allow you to download and read the
installation guide.
