Project Server Error 9307

We are receiving, in Project Professional 2002: An
exception occurred in the Microsoft Project Server.
Microsoft Project Server encountered a problem with this
error code: 9307. Please contact your server
administrator.
We have truncated transaction logs on SQL Server but the
error is still the same.
Any idea how to solve it?
