project server logon problem error 5015

[Basim]

When i try to connect through project web access and project professional
2003 . although hard disk space is free upto 13 GB .

It is showing this error.

"An internal server error has occurred and Project cannot log you on at this
time.Please try again later . Error 5015"

Please tell me the resolution and reason of this problem.

This belongs in the microsoft.public.project.server newsgroup.

However, this error usually indicates that the Transaction Log for the
Project Server database is full.
