Project Standard 2003 Evaluation Download

G

Gerald Bills

I tried to download and install a copy of the Project
Standard 2003 Evaluation Download. When I try to install
it from either the Microsoft download page or from my
hard disk, I get the message,
Microsoft_Project_Standard_2003_Trial.exe is not a valid
Win32 application.

What is the problem? I am running Windows XP, with 512
MB of memory and have about 15 GB free on my hard drive
on my Compaq Presario 2100.

Thanks for your help

Where did you download it from? As far as I know, downloadable copies
are not available. Microsoft has not, to my knowledge, provided
downloadable copies. Perhaps this has changed. Are you sure this is a
legitimate file? From what URL did you download?

Hope this is useful to you. Let us know.

I now see from where you maybe downloaded it. I wasn't aware that
Microsoft made it available for download. It's a huge file. I would
guess that some small byte on the file is corrupted. It happens. Guess
you should download again, or find a way to get it free or order on CD.

Hope this is useful to you. Let us know.
