The answer is "no".
Why? Because your question is like saying "Is there a project plan to build
a bridge?" Obvious questions, are what kind of bridge? Car? Pedestrian?
Over land, over a river, over an ocean? How wide? What kind of weather does
it need to stand? etc. etc.
Okay, how many devices? 10? 100? 1000? more? How are you going to do this?
Forklift upgrade? In phases? How many techs do you have that can run to all
devices? Is this all Ethernet, or Token Ring involved? One location? One
floor, One building? or more? LAN only or WAN? How may servers? How many
users? How may routers? Internet connection? Security? Firewall? etc.
etc.
So, there are way too many variable to consider to make any kind of usable
"template" because all locations are unique.
I'm sure that's the answer you didn't want to hear, but that's that...
