Hi Boris,
with Project 2000 you can use the Workgroup Message Handler to send out
e-mails. If you get these e-mails you can accept these resource requests,
tasks will be created in Outlook. How ever this technology is discontinued
by Microsoft. I addition because of the lack of a server, task will be
mixed up, if you answer these e-mail not in chronological order.
How ever we're offering a product called Allocatus which creates Project
tasks as Outlook tasks also with the latest version of Microsoft Project
