Project Workbench Access Automation

I'm fairly new to Project Web Access and I was wondering if there is
way to automate repetitive task. For example, I create a multiple leve
project (several project in one - master project) and then I extrac
information from all this projects with a map create by myself.

Can this be automated? Guidance will be helpfull.
