Project Workspaces listing on PWA home page

We have 141 project workspaces which is two pages when you look at the list
on the PWA home page. The admin's can see both pages worth but the end users
(Resource Managers and Team Members) can not. They can access the actual
workspaces just fine however I have to send them the URL if it's on the
second page of the listing.

This has something to do with permissions because I've changed one Team
Member to Administrator and they can see the second page. When I change their
permissions back to Team Members they can not.

We're on Project Server 2007.

I think you have answered your own questions :) yes I also believe that it is
a permission issue. If you want resource managers to see all workspaces you
will need to give them access to all projects. That should give them the
second page also

Thanks for your response Marc. I should have been more clear. I can't figure
out what permission(s) control this access. Any ideas of which permissions I
should verify? I've looked and don't see anything specific. Majority of our
permissions are out of box with only a couple minor changes in regards to the
Outlook and proposed projects functionalities. These changes were made to the
categories which as associated to the groups...we assign the groups to users.

Look at the Project Workspace Provisioning Settings under Server Settings.
Make sure the box is checked.

Check to automatically synchronize Project Web Access users with Project
Workspaces when they are created, when project managers publish projects, and
when user permissions change in Project Server. When the check box is
cleared, Project Server users are never synchronized with Project Workspaces.

Note:

Project managers who have published a project or who have Save Project
permissions on a project are added to the Project Managers (Microsoft Office
Project Server) site group.
Team members with assignments in a project are added to the Team members
(Microsoft Office Project Server) site group.
Other Project Server users with View Project Workspace permission on a
project are added to the Readers (Microsoft Office Project Server) site
group.

This box is checked. And if I add another project that starts with A for
example, the last project in the list moves to page 2 which they could see
when it was on page 1, now that can't because they can't see page 2. Also, if
they try and sort by the project name, Z to A, the list blanks out and they
have to switch between the two views to get the first page, A to Z, back.
