Prompted to accept EULA each time outlook is launched

Hello everyone,

I recently upgraded 8 machines from Win 98 to Win 2000.
I'm running Office XP on all of these machines. Since the
upgrade, the users are prompted to accept the EULA each
time outlook is launched. I've tried uninstalling and
reinstalling Office XP on one of the machines, but I'm
still prompted to accept the EULA each time Outlook is
launched. Any suggestions on how to correct this? Thanks
in advance for any respones.

Logon as an administrator and except the EULA. You can't accept it as a
user.
