Proper Time Zone Settings b/t Entourage, iCal, and iPhone???

Hello. I just moved from the west coast to the east coast and updated
the time zone in my Entourage (11.3.3), OS (10.4.10), and my iPhone.
Since then, events I enter or past events from before my move are all
3 hours off. Can someone tell me what the proper settings should be
across the board? I have yet to wrap my head around Time Zone support
in iCal and the iPhone. Should those be on or off?

Are you sure your times are really three hours off? Time zone support
doesn't *change* the times. It only changes the display of the times. If
you created an appointment at 10:00 a.m. PST and then changed your time
zone to EST the event would still be at 10:00 a.m. PST but displayed as
1:00 p.m. EST.
