When I try to export a file from outlook it tells me I
need PROPLUS.MSI. Any idea where I can get this? My
searches have given nothing.

That means that the export tool you are trying to use was not initially
installed with Outlook. You can find the proplus.msi file on the Outlook
(or Office) CD from which you originally installed the product.
