PRORET.MSI, where is it?

Dear Smarter folks than I,

I am trying to Export my ACT! contacts to Outlook and in
the middle a dialog box says I need the
translater "PRORET.MSI" and to get it from my install
CD's. Guess what sports fans? It isn't there. Questions:
-Do I realy need the PRORET.MSI add-in to Export into
Outlook?
- If not, how else can I get my contacts from ACT! into
Outlook? [I have about 2,000 contacts to transfer]
