Protect Form

[protected form from my computer]

I created from using option button. I protected form. So I can only type the
filed information and select option button.

I placed this file on the server.

But other user can't select option button. totally protected. I only
protected from, so people can select option button.

From my computer, it's working, But if the file is pulled out from the other
computer, it's totally protect, people even can't select option button.
