PS2007 - Two dates show in info box on Task Approval.

Project Server 2007.

Task updates submitted for approval have a date repeated in information box
(mouse pointer hovers over task status icons) when PM looks at Task Updates
in MPP for approval.

Are those dates supposed to represent two different values, or it's just a
mistake? What do they stand for? In my case, they are both the same.
