Approved Tasks not in Published Plan for two Resources

I am currently using Project Server 2007, not SP1. We have two resources in
the same project that are entering their time against tasks using PWA2007
(not using Timesheets) Submitting the time for Approval. The Approval is
processed by the PM and the Project Plan is Published via the Approvals-Task
Updates.

The resources both show that the Tasks have been Approved in Transaction
Comments and Task History (actually on two separate occassions for teh same
tasks since they reentered their time against the tasks because they were not
showing up).

Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions regarding this situation?

Are you saying that the task updates do not appear in the Microsoft Project
2007 plan after the PM approves the updates? If so, the only solution is to
apply SP1, as you are describing a pre-SP1 known issue. Hope this helps.

Is there a work around for this issue at this time, unfortunately we are not
applying the SP1 update at this time? If the PM enters the time will the user
be able to enter their time later and it work? Or, will other users have the
same issue?

Yes, the workaround is to apply SP1. For the life of me, I can't figure out
why your organization insists on using pre-SP1 Project Server 2007. The
Service Pack is stable and fixes a whole host of annoying bugs. Hope this
helps.
