Is there a size limit for pst files?

Depends. In versions of Outlook prior to 2003 the limit was 2GB. Outlook
2003 can create Unicode PST files, however, which can grow quite a lot
larger if necessary.

2 GB...anything larger and it could potentiall become
corrupted.
