PST Size Ballooning!

The PST file for a memeber of my group has ballooned to
500mb when everyone else is 50 - 250mb. His sent files
are small, no files to delete, and nothing much saved.

What gives? Is there any way I can clean and compress???

If you don't get a better answer try the "Outlook Inbox Repair Tool" (look
it up in help and support).

You can compact the PST in one op the options tabs of the attached PST in
exchange.

Easily. Enable the Folder List, right-click on the "Personal Folders"
hosted by the PST file you wish to shrink, and click "Properties". Click
"Advanced" and then "Compact Now".
